Welcome to MrsHall.net, my brand-new, super- awesome, amazing online English Class website! (Try not to short circuit your keyboard as you cry tears of joy...)
Anyway, I will be adding new links, articles, and blogs to this site on a daily basis. There will be many resources for you to use both in school and at home to help you improve your skills in reading, writing, and understanding literature. So take some time to "click around" and explore the numerous materials available for you!
First, let's go over the basics. Each student will be a member of this site, and have a username and password. After your first log in, you will be asked to change your password. You will be asked to read blogs, explore links, and answer questions. However, all comments must be approved by the administrator (me) before they will be published. All posts must include a NAME and DATE.
Also, be aware that this site will operate in compliance with the Conneaut School District Acceptable Use Policy. All students have read and signed the agreement, and will be held accountable for any violations of this policy.
Finally, considering that this is ENGLISH CLASS, you are expected to respond and blog in a "formal" writing style. (Spelling and grammar DO MATTER!) You will loose points!
So stay away from "e-speak" : )
Well, that's all for now. Happy Blogging!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Hall
